Since 1995 to present... Command and Conquer.

War games are probably one of the most favourited, especially real-time ones. For around twenty years there has been an interesting and great development in playability and grapichs, from 2D to 3D. War games are about different scenarios, midlle age, modern wars and in this case I want to speak about World War games, precisely "Command & Conquer" saga. It all began in 1995 when born the first chapter of a series that will be one of the Westwood most successfull serie. Many critics in that year spoke about Command & Conquer as the best strategy game ever, not knowing what the future was expecting.

This saga grows very well with three new chapters,Command & Conquer : Red Alert , Command & Conquer : Red Alert 2 and Command & Conquer : Red Alert 3. I've just played the first "Red Alert" and I remember the great soundtrack giving me the strenght to defeat all enemies into various missions.

C&C is surely one of the most successful game series of all time not only for gameplay but also for many aspects as soundtracks and even the introduction video of every mission with the briefing and the goal tu pursue. A game that allows us to create our own fleet to crash our enemies without reserve. Some recent chapters of the serie varied also on future wars, with new and special weapons. Play these games means arm yourselves and pay attention... don't get surprised, always look around because the enemy is just around the corner for an ambush.

An alternative kind of game of this serie is Command & Conquer: Renegade where you can play in first person the missions.
